ScienceXperts eTutoring Terms of Service

2. Acceptable Use

Users are expected to engage respectfully with tutors and other users. You must not:

 

• Share your account login credentials with others.

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior during sessions.

• Engage in any activity that may disrupt or damage our platform or Services.

 

 

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

You agree to:

 

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and academic information.

• Make timely payments as required for continued access to Services.

• Use the Services only for lawful academic purposes.

 

 

4. Payment Terms

Tutoring services are billed monthly through Paystack. All payments must be made by the due date specified. If payment is late, a late payment fee of R60 will be charged to the user’s account.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

• A full refund will be issued only if a tutor fails to deliver tutoring services or if tutoring is terminated by the tutor after one session or fewer.

• No full cash refunds will be given if a student voluntarily cancels their subscription before or during the tutoring period.

 

 

6. Account Termination and Suspension

ScienceXperts eTutoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of:

 

• Non-payment of fees.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Misconduct towards tutors or other users.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, and branding provided through our platform are the intellectual property of ScienceXperts eTutoring. They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used without our prior written consent.

 

8. Liability and Disclaimers

ScienceXperts eTutoring provides Services on an “as is” basis. We are not responsible for:

 

• Technical issues on the user’s side, including internet connectivity or device problems.

• Specific academic outcomes or grades achieved by learners.
